30-Day Guarantee
At GEEK CARE LTD, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day product guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your new, unopened item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Please email us at support@geek-cares.com to obtain return authorization before returning any product.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. If you choose a replacement, it will be shipped to you with upgraded shipping at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks, including the time for shipping, return authorization, and processing. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Electronic Delivery Returns
For electronically delivered products, GEEK CARE LTD will verify with the manufacturer that the product or license key has not been activated or tampered with. Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees
- Open License Orders: 15% restocking fee may apply for submitted or fulfilled orders.
- Retail Licenses: 15% restocking fee may apply for fulfilled retail orders.
Shipping
We ship to most global destinations. Some products may have restrictions. Shipping time varies by destination, method, and order time. Most orders ship the same day.
Estimated Processing & Delivery Times
- Ground: 1–2 days processing, 4–10 business days for delivery
- Express Saver: 1–2 days processing, 2–3 business days for delivery
- Standard Overnight: 1–2 days processing, 1 business day for delivery
Electronic Delivery
If your purchase includes electronic delivery, you will receive the product or license key via email on the same day your order is confirmed.
